At MartEverything (“we”, “us”, or “our”), we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every digital product. However, because all products are delivered instantly as digital downloads (e-books, online courses, templates, software, design assets, audio files, AI tools, etc.), we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. Digital Nature of Products – No Returns Possible

All products sold on MartEverything are digital files delivered electronically. Once a product is purchased and downloaded (or access is granted), it cannot be returned or exchanged in the traditional sense. There are no physical goods to return.

2. General Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final

Due to the instantaneous nature of digital delivery and the ability to immediately copy or use the files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after a successful purchase and delivery.

3. Limited Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)

We may consider a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Delivery Failure: If the product fails to download or grant access due to a technical error on our side (and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours).

  • Duplicate Charge or Payment Error: If you were charged twice for the same order or an incorrect amount was charged.

  • Product Not as Described: If the product description contains a material error that significantly misrepresents the content (proof required).

  • Unauthorized Purchase: If the purchase was made without your authorization (e.g., account hacked) and reported within 24 hours.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Lack of use or failure to read the product description

  • Incompatibility with your device or software

  • Request after the product has been downloaded or accessed

  • Violation of our license terms

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the limited exceptions above:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase via email at admin@marteverything.shop.

  2. Provide your order number, email used for purchase, and a clear explanation with supporting evidence.

  3. We will review your request within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. We reserve the absolute right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria above.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Legal action for recovery of funds and damages

We actively monitor and contest unjustified chargebacks.

6. Lifetime Access and Updates

When a refund is not applicable, you retain lifetime access to the purchased product (subject to our Terms of Use) and any future updates we release for that product at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
